Stayed here when going to see a concert at wemembley. When we pulled up we thought where are we going to park they soon sorted our worrys and told us where. There had been a problem with our booking and so they put us in there bar was lovely and showed us around! Our room in the end was very large warm, didn't have a shower but a beautiful bath and shower head!! We had a room with 5 beds as there was 5 of us bed was clean room were clean!!! In the morning we payed £5 for full English that was beautiful they couldn't do more for us they sort tacos which was £18 for 6 people! There garden is the vocal point and they have beautiful rabbits which they are happy to show you around! Never been to a lovely beautiful and quirky place thank you for a lovely stay!

My above title says it all. The worst hotel that i have ever stayed in in my entire life. Heres some of our findings:
*upon arrival found there was only 1 parking space! And was told to park in front of one of the houses next door!
*Had to press a bell every time you wanted to enter, and apart from one young girl who was quite friendly, all of the others seemed rude and ignorant and i'm not all that sure they could speak English. Or if the could they couldn't be bothered and just grunted at you, not even a smile.
*The building is ancient and felt very eerie, the decor is nothing like on the pictures.
*Was made to pay upfront on arrival, £70 for this place is way too much
*Couldn't go in our room as we arrived before check in so we left our bags in a room in the hotel. On returning late from a concert we asked for our bags and found they had just been put down some stairs from the dining room, not locked away at all, so anyone could of gone through our bags! We wished we had left our bags in the car, they would of been safer!
*Went to get something out of the car which was parked outside one of the houses next door and could smell weed. Not sure if the staff live here or not.
*They gave us the key to our room and i had to ask which way to go as the bloke just slung the key at me!
*upon opening the door to our room we were straight away annoyed as we had booked a twin room but we had a double bed. We were so tired that we didn't bother going to complain as we were beyond tired.
*Room looks like it has not had anything done to it ever!
*Toilet seat came away from wall when you sat down
*When you flushed the toilet the cistern filled up loudly for about 10 minutes which in the night disturbs sleep and is very annoying
*Crappy bath mats on the floor
*Bathroom bin had not been emptied from previous people, used cotton wool pads on floor, Which made us wonder what else was not cleaned.
*We were dying for a cup of tea but after seeing the loose tea bags on display we thought no way because you don't know who's touched them! We were also scared to use the mugs as they are probably never washed.
*Tap hanging off the wall and leaking every time you used it.
*We arrived in our room at midnight on a Sunday and the noise coming from all over the hotel was ridiculous! And i don't think it was guests as i could tell by the voices, screaming shouting and loud talking went on nearly all night and then started again very early Monday morning!
*The same can be said for the floor boards, I honestly don't know what the people above us were doing but the noise went on easily until 3am Monday morning, constant squeaking of the floor boards, then it started again at 6am Monday morning! Not sure if the room above was staff or other guests but one things for sure they didn't sleep! And made sure we didn't either!
*As soon as we woke we checked out, well i gave the key to a grumpy looking bloke on reception who just grunted at me when i said we were checking out, no smile at all. Couldn't wait to get out of this place.

All the bad reviews on here are correct and wish that i had looked on here in advance. The ONLY good thing was how close it was to the tube but i'm sure there are many others this close. Premier Inn or Travel Lodge beats this hand down.

STAY AT YOUR PERIL, you've been warned!!!!!!!!!!

Room Tip: Check out and go to Premier Inn!!!!!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO ELSEWHERE, RUDE, BAD ATTITUDE! I left my jacket at this hotel after a business trip. I called the hotel the same day, a lady identified my jacket and told me to e-mail my address and it would be sent to me and i could reimburse the postage + labour costs. A week past and i still had not received my jacket or any contact. I rang again, the man on the phone had no recollection about the situation. He then asked me to call back the next day between 9-4. I didn't have time to call between these times and called back around 5pm. The man on the phone was really rude; "i told you to call back at this time, surely you can do this". I rang back the next day (two weeks had past) and got Chris Florides (Manager & Owner) who said this was not one of their services (despite being told they would post it) and he didn't feel like posting it anymore and i had to write a letter of apology. In the end i ended up sending a courier and i got my jacket back.

Seemed friendly when we arrived, but as soon as we got into the hotel room we were disappointed, Shower rail was rusty, the sink was wobbly, no toilet paper, you could hear the people in the next room and downstairs talking.
There was the staffs children running around and screaming, the manager made that clear when we heard him tell a member of staff to "sort you're kids out"
The gardens looked like a construction site, they seemed to have more ideas about doing the garden up then sorting the inside of the hotel out.
the floors were squeaky.
Me and my partner wanted to stay in and chill for the evening as we were going to London the next day for his birthday, but ended up going out because my partner was so annoyed at the staff because we had asked for help 4 times about the t.v and phone not working, twice they ignored us and nobody turned up, so my partner went down to reception again and asked for the manager, the manager wasn't on site and didn't know anything basically! waste of time even asking, he then said he will enquire about someone fixing it, next thing we see is him eating his dinner outside within minutes of talking to him!
We was going to have dinner there until we realised they were ordering pizza!?
The shower was stone cold, and their excuse was "everyone's using it" so we both didn't have a shower there.
Trying to get to sleep was a nightmare you could constantly hear people walking up and down the corridor and at 7am we heard loud music coming from the kitchen.

All in all we will never go to this hotel again, total waste of money and ruined my partners birthday as we were both very annoyed!!!

AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!

CONTEXT
An overnight stay in mid-June 2013 in order to attend a concert at Wembley Stadium. The hotel was booked largely because of its location, the late date on which I was looking for a hotel (and lack of others available), and photos of rooms (see below under ‘CONS’).

PROS
Location – very handy for attending shows at Wembley Stadium.

CONS
Reception staff – the young woman and man that were on duty when we arrived were extremely helpful, but out of their depth for this job. In fact, they should not have been there in the first place. Guests need a sense of confidence from staff – not delayed answers and a sense of unsureness about the hotel that they are staying in. They were well intentioned but seemed half asleep. Furthermore, my email enquiries were not answered for days and I had to call the hotel to seek clarification on more than one occasion.

Payment – up front upon arrival. I will never trust this practise and my experience at this hotel merely reinforces such convictions.

Room – it was not up to the standard of those featured on the photographs. Fittings were missing, broken or replaced in a style different to that of the item they were attached to. Dirty – a paint job was long overdue. The design and decor of the room was tacky and badly conceived. There were no cups to have a cup of coffee or tea with the kettle and beverages set. Horrid.

Noise – the floors in and outside the rooms creaked. Everywhere. Above, and below. The following morning, we were awoken at 6.45am by the thud of loud music being played, presumably by ‘Chris’ who was preparing breakfast below. When I tried to call reception on the phone to complain, I noticed that there was no cord on it and it was a dummy! Just as well there were no serious emergencies, then.

Breakfast – although the coffee we were served was delicious, the same staff that had greeted us at reception the day before put cold milk in the coffee and it was therefore lukewarm. We asked for another coffee and offered to pay for the privilege, but staff forgot about this order (which by this stage came as no surprice). The “continental” breakfast was shabby and cheap. There were hardly any croissants left, the sliced bread was still in its packet, and most things had run out without being replaced. A slovenly affair that showed no pride or sense of aiming to please the customer. In spite of already stating twice that we did not want a cooked breakfast, we were pressed on this again.

Price - £70. Massively overpriced. Half this amount would have been too much.

CONCLUSION
I will never stay at this hotel and urge other people who value good service and professionalism to do the same. Its management insults its customers by the lack of professionalism provided and the failure to tidy up the “hotel” and reduce noise pollution. A tacky, shabby, atrocious place to stay for any occasion. Had it not been so late in the day, we would have attempted to find another hotel nearby. Pay £20-30 pounds more and stay in a central London location such as Earl’s Court and travel a bit further to and from Wembley Stadium – it will be worth it. This place just does not deserve your custom, even if it charged half the price.

Room Tip: Go somewhere else.

I stayed in this hotel over the weekend and dare not even take a shower. Nothing is finished to a high standard, the room was very basic, uninviting and dreary, the walls were all marked.

On the plus side the bed sheets did appear to be clean and there were clean towels etc..

The hotel is very noisy, everything squeaks and rattles as others move around the building, this is not helped due to the wooden floors in the bedrooms.

Not clean, awful breakfast room with no staff to take orders for English breakfast, you're made to pay even before you've seen the rooms. Only one parking space at the front of the hotel. Most of the staff did not speak English. Rooms not ready on arrival. 15 minute walk to the nearest tube station, which wasn't bad but when questioning staff about it they had no clue how to direct us due to the language barrier.
