This takeaway opened initially as a takeaway and restaurant under a different name from the present one. However, despite being posh, the restaurant was not a success and the eat-in premises were sold off leaving the takeaway.
It's always been a bit better than your run of the mill kebab place. Nowadays it also does burgers (chicken and beef) as well as the normal Greek/Turkish stuff. The portions are very generous. The last time I was there it was being run by a bunch of nice Kurdish guys.
Definitely worth a try for after the pub or if you just want a takeaway.
