When we arrived we were greeted by Gary, as he had previously helped us get another 2 rentals as we are a big family!

Gary was really friendly throughout the stay, checking on the hot tub - which is a must! So relaxing after a day of walking and rides!

Kitchen had the best electric cooker ever, really modern, really clean, lovely rooms.

Only one thing I will say is the sofa bed really is a single and a half, so would say this is a 5 adult, unless the 6th adult wants to sleep on the other sofa.

Apart from that it is in a perfect place, 45 mins from skegness, 1hr from cleethorpes which I would recommend to do!

My dad went to the pub down the road and he said it was brilliant.

The food onsite at the Boathouse was not too good, we waited an extra 1hr for 1 meal as the chef got it wrong, the burgers were bland and the chicken burger looked like the chicken breast had been cooked from frozen - really discoloured.
