A very small coffee and a slither of cake £6.90..what a RIP off. Will not be eating there tonight, very disappointing as website reads well but it seems trapped in a rhe 1980s decor wise but not price wise. .

We have just returned home from an excellent stay at this hotel. The accommodation in the static home was spotless, food very good and excellent, friendly staff. Always very helpful and professional. Fantastic views across the sea from the restaurant.
Will definitely return.

What a fabulous deal this was. 2 nights accommodation for myself and my 2 dogs in one of the quality dog friendly rooms in a cottage just 100 yards from the main hotel. Each day there was a guided walk organised by the hotel for a group of us, experienced local guide Gaynor adapted the walks to suit our needs and off we went to explore the stunning local area. Gaynor’s knowledge made walking far more interesting and her witty banter made sure that everyone felt relaxed together. As a coeliac, it was fantastic to feel safe with good quality gluten free food on offer for dinner, breakfast and even the packed lunch. My only pint for improvement would be that the hotel could improve by extending the number of meals including desserts that are gluten free as choice was limited.

Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and exploring our surrounding area. We do try our best to be able to cater for all guests with allergies and dietary requirements and are pleased we were able to provide suitable dishes for you during your stay. We have also looked at the desserts when designing our latest menu and are pleased to say that many of them can be made gluten free.

A mix up with our reservation left us with 4 people in a room that was clearly meant for a maximum of 3, it was resolved very quickly, but I do think a lot more could have been done prior to arrival.

Breakfast finishes at 10, but there is little attempt to replenish anything after 9:30. It ruins the enjoyment of a lovely breakfast when you need to ask for bread for the toaster, then juice, then ketchup, we couldn't be bothered to ask about the lack of pastries as well. Even then, small amounts are delivered that run out within minutes.

The reality is, they actually don't need to do anything about this because its such a stunning place to spend your time. Don't worry about beds or food or anything else, just get yourself there and enjoy the stunning location, you won;t regret it!

We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and apologise for the confusion on your room booking. We will pass on your feedback to the restaurant about the breakfast so we can improve on this- whilst it is always our aim to reduce waste, we never want to be as low on stock as what you have indicated, so we will work on this.

Stopped here whilst visiting Oxwich Beach for a Lin afternoon drink. Garden overlooks the beach, offering great views. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our visit to Oxwich Bay and have agreed to come back and stay next summer.
