En route to Zeeland, we stopped overnight at Sluis. Found the Hart van Sluis for the second time and had a very tasty and interesting meal. My wife prefers not to choose dairy products and although most of the items on the menu included butter, milk or cream, the Chef was happy to provide her with alternatives for all three courses !
The carpaccio of beef was a first for me and was delicious, followed by spicy Gambas together with steak which really hit the spot !
The house wine, in individual carafes, was reasonably priced and went well with our meals.
The total cost was 75 Euros including aperitifs, wine and tip.
