Without doubt this is a gem in the beautiful Kent countryside. It is a very spacious property, there were 8 of us, yet it maintains the lovely feel of a very homely place. With our weather the extensive games room is wonderful and when the sun does shine there is a fantastic tennis court and trampoline and other outside apparatus for the young. There is even a nursery area for the very little ones with its own outside patio for Mum and Dad to relax.
The owners have fitted out the house beautifully and it has real character maintaining the original beams throughout. The gardens and grounds (about 4 acres) are beautifully kept and lovely to wander around and see the neighbours horses and lovely donkey. It is very quiet yet within easy reach of Junction 9 of the M20.
Tenterden is a lovely town nearby and my daughter and Grandson(8) had a lovely time at the Rare Breeds farm just a short ride from the house. We all(8 in total) had a lovely meal at the local (Jolly Crevat?)- extensive menu and very reasonable prices.
If you are looking for a charming house in KENT- THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU.
