Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hospitality was exemplary, and the room and surroundings were superb. This is high quality accommodation where no expense has been spared, resulting in this being one of the best stays we have ever had.
The breakfast was in keeping with the rest of the experience - a leisurely affair which set us up for the day feeling relaxed rather than rushed.
We are looking forward to returning.

We stayed at Brook Farm for two nights along with another couple. Right from the moment you drive down to the house you feel at home. Bob made us feel very welcome as he showed us around the rooms. The rooms are in a converted stables which has been meticulously done to make your stay very comfortable. Being detached from the main house meant that you felt like you were free to come and go as you pleased.

Bob helped us by booking taxis and even a table at the local pub (6 Bells worth a trip to).

The breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

Definitely worth staying at if you are in the area.

Myself and my boyfriend have never stayed in a B&B before- we normally go for what we assume will be a 'safe bet' and pick a hotel instead. This was our first time staying in a B&B and if we are to stay in one again they will have a hard time competing!

Brook farm is easy to find if you have a trustworthy satnav- even ours didn't let us down and we often think it's playing cruel games with us. We drove down the drive and by the time we had climbed out of the car in front of the barn, Bob one of the owners was already walking towards us to let us in. He showed us to our lovely room and then left us to it. The Barn has 3 rooms and is completely separate from the main house. We were in the room in the middle. Lovely spacious room- with a really comfy best and the nicest duvet I have ever experienced. You will not be chilly at night!

The place is absolutely spotless...peaceful and private everything you could want for a night away. My main concern which normally results in me not choosing B&Bs is the idea of being a guest in someone else's house, you do not feel this way at Brook Farm- yes, you are showed to your room by the owner, but given a set of keys, told when breakfast is in the morning and left to it!

We saw that other guests had been to the six bells pub in Woodchurch for dinner so we did the same. It was good pub grub- not amazing, but definitely did the job! We sat in the bar area of the pub afterwards for an hour or so enjoying the open fire- it was a nice way to end a day of wondering around Rye and Battle before we arrived to Brook Farm (both are within 20 minutes drive away and well worth a visit- Rye Especially!)

Breakfast the next day was served in the breakfast room in the main house and it was faultless. Make sure you are hungry! There are fresh juices, lovely tea or coffee... You will be offered a croissant and toast before being presented with a perfectly proportioned fry up. I needed a lay down afterwards before we drove home...

If like us you are normally reluctant to book a B&B- please take the plunge and book a night or 2 at Brook farm - you will not regret it. We'd love to return in the Summer (if it ever arrives) and make use of the swimming pool!

We love Brook Farm, it's a lovely place to stay Smart, Clean, private, Quiet and good car parking. The breakfast is first rate and the hosts excellent.. Don't want to give too much away as it may be full next time we want to stay! We have stayed there several times already and intend to return in the near future. It is our preferred option in Kent. Lots of places to visit and sights to see nearby.

There was nothing to dislike about this lovely B&B.

Room Tip: All the rooms are excellently appointed and away from the main house, which makes us feel as if we...

My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful two nights in the delightful surroundings of Brook Farm. We were made very welcome by Bob and Nicola who could not have been more helpful. We can only reiterate what Maggie007London has written in her review and agree wholeheartedly. Everywhere was spotless and tastefully decorated and furnished. The generous breakfast in the charming farmhouse dining room was lovingly and perfectly prepared by Bob, with a daily choice from locally sourced products.. We appreciated the 'full English' one day and the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs the next!
We too enjoyed dining in the cosy atmosphere at the warm and friendly 'Six Bells' pub in Woodchurch village. A visit to Tenterden and a walk to the windmill on a cold but sunny day completed a lovely stay. Very many thanks indeed to Bob and Nicola for looking after us so well.

Brook Farm Bed and Breakfast is in a superb location and the rooms in the barn conversion were excellent and showed attention to detail. When we arrived in the early afternoon, after a long journey, our peace was thoughtlessly disturbed by the constant noise of a garden tractor ferrying logs from a site near one side of our room to a location close to the other side - a job perhaps better done in the morning when guests had left for the day.
Breakfast in the main house was basic: a sparse option compared with our experience of Irish breakfasts - with mushrooms, black pudding and various egg choices. Neither was there a smoked fish option. If a certain breakfast option was not selected, no extra chosen items were offered in its place.
Unfortunately at the end of our stay I was disappointed that the host showed little care for the problems of my family, sticking rigidly to the breakfast order time. We were even warned by him about causing a nuisance, when matters were beyond our control and difficult.
In all, an excellent location, but the service was not five stars.

Room Tip: All three rooms in the barn conversion/annexe are very well appointed. Parking may be tight when own...

My husband and I stayed at Brook farm for one night....

The B&B consists of 3 rooms and a self contained cabin all adjacent to each in an L shaped block....the main house stands apart from the rooms.

Brook farm Is easy to find if you stick to the main road ......do take a map with you....we got a bit lost as the sat nav took us down a winding lane .....but we eventually got there. And it was worth the wait.

The owner was friendly and helpful...he made us feel so welcome.....The room was very clean spacious and tasteful furnished with amazing attention to detail....and had a good view but what was so amazing was the 'peace and quiet'....something we are not used to in London.

We had dinner at the Six bells pub down the road...about a 5 minute drive...be warned the food is delicious and very reasonably priced but the potions are huge....the pub has a really friendly and cozy ambience.

Breakfast was in the main house.....again the house is beautifully furnished...very neat and clean ...breakfast was smoked salmon, scrambled eggs.....with fresh croissants ....amazing.

I only wish we could have stayed longer.....
