Wickham is a historic town with many fine buildings. Chesapeake Mill is now an antiques/vintage emporium with a large number of small units selling a variety of vintage goods. There is a small vegetarian cafe. One room is devoted to the history of the mill and the US warship whose timbers were used in its construction. If you are in Wickham it is worth a visit.

Birthday lunch at this bistro serving vegetarian/vegan foods. Delicious food nicely presented. The cafe/bistro is at the back of the Mill so before or after you can wander through the various small shops
