“A lovely cottage with every need catered for”
Reviewed November 7, 2011 for a stay in March 2011

A lot of the time, when you stay somewhere, you wonder if the owner has ever actually spent any time there.
Here you could really tell that they do use this place.
As ever, travelling with a young child, we took everything but the kitchen sink with us but we didn't need it in this place it had everything.
A lovely little cottage, beautifully presented in a fabulous setting.
If I had one negative, it's the cream sofa's. I was terrified of spilling something on them. That said, as this is obviously used by a Family as a second home anyway, I don't think the owner would have been too concerned.

“A wonderful place to stay”
Reviewed May 25, 2011 for a stay in May 2011

A magical place to escape to and take some time out. Tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. Open log fire, comfy couches. And the Forest of Dean on the Doorstep. It's my 3rd visit........and i want to go again.
