The club is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year (2013). They are making a real attempt to bring the course up to a very high level. The main 18 hole course looked stunning. Tthere is also a small 9 hole course (par 64 I think). Quite short but not easy. Not in as good shape as the 18 hole course but very good value for money.
There is a very good chef who is there at certain times through the week. We had a great post golf meal on the terrace, main course was under £8.00. Food is served for most of the day.
Well worth a visit if you are in the area. They had some good deals on memberships.
One point to note that it is cash only for green fees. Not a problem as long a you know in advance. No cash machines for miles!
