We could not have been more pleased. We stayed for two nights, left the windows open, and slept like babies. The furnishings are not your run of the mill for sure. We will stay there again for sure. Had a very nice breakfast made to order. If there's anything that needs changing I don't know what it is :-)

I stayed here on a business trip and was impressed with the hosts who were very accommodating, there has been a lot of effort put into the decor and we did have a good nights sleep. The building and the grounds are lovely, it was quiet and is situated conveniently near to the Humber Bridge.

It was just a real shame that no one told us at any point that breakfast wasn't included and I nibbled a bit of cereal and was charged £6 for the pleasure. This pushed it from a reasonably priced night to an over averagely priced one which was disappointing because we were on a budget, but live and learn. I think I just may look into somewhere a bit more reasonable next time.

Staying here forbfewvweeks in April 4 men working in the area. We stayed in the Annex which is brilliant own kitchen well decorated and lots of personal space, perfect for someone to rest after a hard days graft. The owners were dead friendly and made our stay a lot easier. Anyone who works on the neighbouring BAE system for our firm will be told to book this place for sure.

One of the best b&b's I have stayed in! Staff very welcoming and offered free upgrade as they had larger room available. Room was superb with great view of Humber bridge! Great decor, great breakfast and great staff will definitely be returning!!
