I've been there twice in two weeks. The menu slightly changed from one visit to the other with a few specials which do not change (at least the cheeses). The food is a very nice synthesis of traditional food with a modern overtone. You'll find some Auvergne classics (cheeses, wines, and usually the dishes involve local products such as lentils, meats or fish from the region -- always delicious) presented in a refined and creative setting. It is a very good restaurant with excellent service, its price is ridiculously low compared to any Parisian equivalent. Worth a visit!
