We are so glad we stayed here and not in the more busy Tutukaka marina town. Pacific Rendez-vous is situated on top of a cliff on a large property on a point overlooking the marina, the rugged cliffs and ocean, absolutely gorgeous - and it had so much to do: trampoline, tennis court, swimming pool, spa and games room. There were also two private beaches belonging to the property: one for swimming and one for snorkelling. The place was so quiet and we slept soundly. The unit was clean and comfortable and had all the kitchen amenities. We would stay here again no question.

Room Tip: There are essentially 3 rows of condos. The outside ones face either the marina side or the cliffs/o...

This was our third time staying, and has now become a tradition we will continue every year. It has every thing you need for a solo traveller or a family. The obvious lure is the pure beauty and peacefulness the whole environment brings. The accommodation is clean and tidy to a very high standard. It is an excellent place for families, large open places to play, tennis court, playground, swimming pool, spa and a fully equip games room that has just been re-done. It has kid safe beaches and fishing on your door-step and with great restaurants and takeaways just down the road this place truly has it all!
Feel free to contact the hosts, they are great, they will ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable in all aspects and you will be hooked for life, for such a large complex to maintain you both (and team) do an outstanding job.
We will see you next year, Thanks.

Paradise, Love being there never want to leave, there is never nothing to do for a place so far away its a hidden paradise. If you love the beach, so many to choose from, love walks plenty to do, swimming in the pool or relax in the spa, go for a game of tennis, they even had a games room for the kids to chill out. And the best thing to do is relax and enjoy the amazing views, surrounded by beautiful bays & ocean. Ross & Gerlindee your doing a great job & once again thanks! Go for a visit you won't regret it you will be well look after with friendly service!!!!

Excellent views for budget prices. Definitely Recommend anyone to go to this place, it's not just a place which provides accommodation but a site seeing and a tourist spot as well because of the great views and the location it's in.

Super location, beautiful well kept gardens. Be very careful which unit you book as a lot have been refurbished but there are still units requiring refurbishment. We had originally booked Unit 20 after a telephone conversation asking for one of the better units. Upon arrival we were told that Unit 20 had a problem with one of the beds and were given the keys to Unit 21. Unit 21 requires an overhaul to bring it into this decade. The only positives were the wonderful views from the unit and the other facilities at Pacific Rendezvous. We had originally booked for 2 nights but cancelled one night after experience in this unit. It is a 3 bedroom run which would sleep 7 if all of the beds were used. There is only one small bathroom which also contains the only toilet. Two of the 3 bedrooms are full with the beds so there is very little room to move in them. The kitchen is very small and does not have good lighting. Overall not the experience we were wanting.

Room Tip: Ask for an updated unit

While we are taking your concerns on board, we do feel your comments are very harsh. We do agree the unit needs some upgrading which is already on our refurbishment schedule, but it is not as bad as the description you have given it. As I explained we are continuously improving this wonderful product we have here and our record on Trip Advisor speaks for itself. The owner of Unit 21 is very concerned by your experience and is doing everything possible to add that X factor to improve their apartment to meet our high standard.
