Ok, this is not a 5 star restaurant, in fact knives and forks are hardly used but if you want a good sized meal, in a good atmosphere this is the place for you. We ate there in mid September, first tip, get there early, we left at about 7.30 and there were a lot of people waiting for tables. If you are new or on holiday try the mead, but dont overdo it, as it sneaks up on you and takes your knee caps away. we ordered chicken and chips (half a chicken and a mound of chips) and a small chicken salad, the salad is from a help yourself bar. Quicker than we could check in on facebook the food arrived, it was well cooked, well served and there was plenty of it. For desert we had Mississippi mud pie which was very nice. this is a good place to visit if you are on holiday or local and i can recommend it.
