We have been a number of times and had good food there. On this occasion we the meal included beef and mushroom pies. When it came it was not the pie we anticipated, chunks of beef with mushrooms in a thick gravy. The beef was thin slices of what appeared to be left overs from a Sunday roast, the mushrooms were hard and not cooked for long enough and the gravy in the pie was very thin. The vegetables also appeared to have been reheated leftovers.
We should have complained but as it was a last meal before our daughter went to Uni we didn't want to spoil the evening more than it had been.
A poor show and not like the previous visits where the food was basic but good..
