After our excursion at Flight of the Gibbon we spent a few hours at Khao Kheow Zoo. It's laid out nicely - have got a very good amount of animals - even though we didn't see a Gibbon while gliding through the tree's we did see them at the zoo.

Our family had a great day at this Zoo. Having visited many "animal" attractions in Asia I would say this is one of the most professional where the animals and enclosures appear to be very well maintained. You can pay $20b to feed them most animals - our kids had a blast feeding the rhinos, flamingos, giraffe etc. Only criticism would be the lack of food outlets, suggest having a good feed before you attend and as others suggest get a golf ca rt so you can do it at your own pace. Need at least 3 to 4 hours.

we all loved this zoo... esp feeding the cheeky monkeys! we hires a 6 seater golf cart and were able to just stop where we liked to take photos and interact with the animals. would definately return when we next have visitors..
