This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. They have wonderful service and multilingual staff who not only helps visitors from every part of India but also the overseas visitors. The food served in buffet is good and delicious. Just one suggestion don't order food via room service as the quantity they serve is above a person can consume and you may miss out on options available in buffet. The aura and environment of the hotel is really good. You cannot expect such service in city like Barmer. Visit once for sure!

Room Tip: Corner back side rooms give very good view and are quite too!

When you are on business, and you nee that comfort sleep at night, you would never want things with loose ends.

This is the only hotel in small town which is class (as per the area and surroundings). The location is good, the room is well decorated, the amenities are sufficiently provided.

The hotel staff was 2.5 / 5 , but still how much do you need to interact with them.

The breakfast was slightly disappointing, as i was expecting more from it. No baked beans / parathas.

Room Tip: As for executive room

Stayed in September 2012 for a project of Carin India.Must say was surprised to see this hotel in tier III city like Barmer.

Spacious clean rooms, good services and amenities like big gym etc.

The only downside was the breakfast buffet, which needs lot of improvment.

However considering a city like Barmer, it could be understood that these things might take time to settle

Visited with friends while on a motorcycle trip to Jaisalmer, around 10 of us we were amazed as the moment we reached at the reception all the baggages were given tags so that they reach the rooms we were assigned, room service was super excellence, everything served cling film wrapped, foiled rooms were big and the members enjoyed the stay only drawback was that it was a bit far from the city so members could not go shopping.
