We have already been there twice since we arrived in Lovina 1 week ago and there really is nothing, that we could complain about. They have a daily changing fish menu, which is depending on the catch the fishermen could make (the first time we had dinner here, they could even offer a whole Barracuda which did look delicious but we had already decided on the Tuna-Steak, which tasted fantastic!). The prices here are absolutely reasonable and especially the starters (spring rolls of different variations and the likes) are awesome!
Though somebody on the table next to ours complained about the taste of his Mahi-Mahi (fish) we couldn't agree, as we were both having fish also (I had the whole Squid and my wife went for the whole Red Snapper) and both dishes were absolutely high-class. Same goes for the desserts, of which especially the fried banana with ice (or without, if you don´t like ice) is a very delicious treat according to my wife, who ordered it both times we ate here. I only had a dessert once, the Layer Cake, which tasted very good as well and was also enough for me, despite the fact, that I first thought it´s a bit small a portion, when I saw it. The Warung offers daily live-music usually starting at 7:30 p.m. which makes for a very nice atmosphere also. We´ll spent two more weeks in Lovina and will definitely go there more than just once again, as we really had a fantastic evening both times we were there yet. Matur suksma sangat, keluarga di Warung Dolphin!!!!

A cozy place serving 'cooked to order' food that has a relaxing ambience. Seems to me that the restaurant is run by a family. The food might take a little bit of time to be served but it is actually quite nice, delicious and freshly made.

The restaurant offers a variety of both Indonesian and western style food on the menu.

We had the Indonesian food and their signature dish is a must try ~ can't remember what it is called exactly but it is listed as number one on the menu. The fish fillet was so fresh, tender and yummy.

There is also a live music after 8 pm and it is quite entertaining. Don't expect something big and fancy but the restaurant offers you something different, a quiet, relaxing night to remember.

Fish was very fresh and not over cooked. Service was prompt and friendly and the band engaged with the audience including members of the audience singing with the band. A thoughly enjoyable evening

Do not believe the maps, it is off quite far from the actual location. Just google laviana street, it is by the end of the street.

Seeing it is a small family run business, i originally planned to a bit forgiving and overlook some minor inconvenience, but i swear to Talos that my experience forcing me to trully rate it that low.

The place it self is quite nice for a small beach warung, i have no complaint, they are also easy to reacj by foot or by car, as there is a nearby lot that can be used to park your car. The place's clean, the table is neat, i really wouldn't complain.

Now the services is something that really bring us down. The staff that taking our order is a teen around 13th years old boy or something. Well he is quite polite, it just that he is forgetful and unprepared. He come back telling some of our order are unavailable, when we ask what other avaolable, he went back to the kitchen, bakc to us and recomended the same menu he said unavailable, then come back again to confirm, and back and forth. The waiting time also very long, waiting long time the food, even though the only other customers there were sone groups whom already get their order. We waited for our 5 main dishes and 2 appetizer for almost one hour, and that is with one of our order are forgotten ,my dad ended up didn't ate anything. And when we ask for the bill, they just calculate it after we ask for the bills, manually, using a calculator, and i took about 5 minutes.

The food. The food it self is not worth the prices. I have seen a pork ribs tastier, more juicy, more flavour, and with bigger portion, for a half of their prices in Ubud.

Bottom lines is:

For prices like that, they have responsibility to fix their quality. Like adding more stove, etc. The only reason i didn't gave it 1 star is their politeness and live music.
