The restaurant is located in a terrace of typically, brightly coloured houses on a canal in Burano. It is about 200m from the vaperetto stop and is ideally situated for lunch after a visit to Totchello. It is a place for enjoying a meal of high quality local sea food, not for a quick, cheap meal. It is lovely environment, the service is excellent and the experience is well worth the money.
You can order dishes off the menu or, as we did, discuss with the waiter what to have for the table and add further dishes as you go.
In our case it was a spider crab each and some prawns. Then a plate of razor shells and scallops and thirdly a platter of Frito misto. Pudding was a freshly made tira misu. The bottle of Soave Classico suggested for us was a perfect wine for the meal.
