Great location but the cooker was not working. Otherwise it was fine. The village was interesting and had a restaurant and a bar. The books in the apartment included one about the villagers rafting down the river with rafts made of logs for sale on the coast.
We came to climb Monte Perdido and chose Laspuna as our base for a stay of 4 days. The village of Laspuna seems typical of the Aragonese Pyrenees and extends up a fairy steep hillside. There is a cool clear river where you can swim in the evening. I hope the apartment owner has now fixed the ceramic cooker which did not work. Otherwise the apartment is clean, spacious enough and cool in June.
