We visited Mojos several times during our holiday as it was very convenient to get to from la torre golf resort where we stayed and had some of the best food that we had tried all holiday. The staff were always very friendly and couldn't do enough for you, especially the owner Lynne. The food was lovely and extremely fairly priced, as were the drinks. There was a pool table and wifi which is a godsend when you have teenagers with you, leaving us to get on and enjoy the fantastic atmosphere, music and company that we experienced everytime we visited! Will be holidaying at La Torre again next year and Mojos will be the first place we eat, can't wait! For a real treat try the bread and butter pud!! Gorgeous :)))

we have been holidaying in the area for 8 years but this was our first visit to mojos. we ate out 9 times during our stay but, after experiencing mojos on our last night, we all wished we had gone there on the first!
its a cool place. lighting, music and decor
the staff are excellent and really freindly
the service superb
drinks reasonably priced. san miguel @ 2 euros a pint is the cheapest we´ve found and the house red @ 6.50 is lovely
the food was amazing! we were blown away by the presentation and the general standard of what we were served. every detail has been thought about and all cooked to perfection. this was by far the best meal we have had in spain and amazingly was the cheapest!! total bill for four inc drinks was 76.00 euros.
when i´m here i normally have my steak at valle de sol but this was in a different class and almost half the price!
i HIGHLY recommend

It was easy to find, just on the left as you go ino Roldan village. Very quiet there at 7pm, perhaps we were too early, only 2 other families there when we left. That said, the food was very good value for money. 2Ad, 2 Ch with beers and soft drinks cme to 34e. The ads really promote this as a lively scene with live music and Sports TV but as I said, it was very quiet. Overall quite a nice evening, not sure if I would return.

we (party of 6) went to mojos this week, as we normally do when we are over, because we never get disappointed. the chef must change his menus frequently because we have a new one to choose from every time we are here (about every three months)which we then challenge ourselves to sample every dish during our stay!
his latest,i think is the best so far. i can´t remember reading a menu where every dish jumps out and says eat me! i usually have to choose between 3 which is hard enough, but here every one of the 11 evening a la carte choices plus 3 on the specials board sounded like my kind of thing. even the chicken and fish options, which would usually be skimmed over sounded lovely.
a few of our favourites from previous visits are still there like the lamb and ribs but i felt adventurous so opted for the duck. my friends went for an assortment including fillet steak, chicken roulade and thai crispy chilli beef.
the place wasnt particularly busy so the service was first class. they have obviously worked hard at creating an ambience with diffused lighting and music at a perfect volume, so we could converse easily without hearing any snippets from other tables or drinkers at the bar. the lovely waitress even asked us to tell her if we needed the aircon or music volume altering at any point.
the food all came together, it was hot and it was correct. a rare event these days. but here, you know your meal is going to be special because of the wonderful presentation. even the simplest component, like mash, is performed with a flourish.
my duck was perfect: soft and slightly pink with one side of crispy skin. it was served, sliced and precariously piled atop a circular tower of creamy mash, surrounded by vegetables roasted to perfection so everything had its proper taste. drizzled over this was a thick, dark and tart gravy (sorry jus!!) and dotted around the edges was a apricot sauce which perfectly set off the other tastes on the plate so nothing overpowered anything else.
my other diners all enthused about their choices but i wasn´t listening by this point as the best things in life need my full attention!
the bill for 6 of us was under 100 euros, inluding enough drinks to warrant a taxi. this cost us 15 euros to la torre as we needed two. so a fabulous meal, equal to the best restaurants and out of sight of most ive visited cost us 18.50 each.
i recommend
off back this weekend to try the fillet hmmmmm!

we also had a good two weeks at la torre but found the same as adam d with the on site bars and restaurants. mojos in roldan was brilliant. i had the best steak i ever tasted and the lamb shoulder was awesome. everybody in there was really freindly and the prices were probably too cheap!! the food is the standard of a top restaurant but they also cater for bar snacks and burgers etc so the kids were happy
