Packed with history, this is a very pleasant way to spend an hour or two in an idyllic Kent country garden.

Apart from the peaceful atmosphere, it is heaven for a gardener, as well as learning about Vita and her set. Nice restaurant.

Doesn't matter what season, what the weather is like - Sissinghurst is the one of the loveliest places in England. My sister and I went there today to remember our Mum who loved it very much...especially when the bluebells are out. it was muddy today - but beautiful. A lovely place.
