This place is great! Have stayed here a few times over the years and am really impressed with the whole place. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help.
It has a lovely atmosphere, with really nice pool and gardens.
I don't think you could find anywhere near as good for the price.More

I recently stayed at Mama Bella’s Retreat and cannot compliment the place enough. The rooms are outstanding, clean and comfortable. The ambiance of the retreat is amazing just so relaxing. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The retreat provides everything you need with tours food etc. I can’t wait to return in the New Year!!

One of the nicest budget properties I've seen. The rooms are lovely, bathrooms clean, breakfast is great, and the pool area is lovely. The staff was especially helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We particularly wanted to give credit to Dani (sp?) for being incredibly helpful and taking the time to even help us get set up at our next hotel on a neighboring island. Thanks, Dani!

Flourishing grounds ,clean rooms , friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. My stay was only short but memorable .
I have no hesitation recommending this retreat in Senggigi as my best stay on Lombok ..

Was tour guide for my 19 year old granddaughter. Chose this hotel for her luxury 2 nights. She enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed a movie and a bintang! Great place to unwind. Also had a pick up for dinner at Puri Mas resort. A great place with great owners(Australian) and great staff

This hotel is an example of tender loving care in action.We stayed for 10 days and although discerning travelers who find fault easily we couldn’t fault Mama Belas for service kindness and cheerfulness from the staff.Highly recommended
