We stay there for 2 days as it's in the center of town. room is big and clean but the tap water is not flowing fast and air condition is not that cold. We have to use extra fan. There is a beautiful swimming pool too. For the price we paid, it's not a budget hotel at all.

We stumbled across this place looking for some accommodation as we arrived in Senggigi. It seemed great - there was a little swimming pool and seemed pretty decent. Andry the manager was there and initially quoted us 350,000 per night for a room which we negotiated to 250,000 for three nights to have no aircon only fan plus breakfast.

The pros:
- clean spacious room (with option of fan only or AC)
- hot shower
- satellite TV (only one channel is English!)
- swimming pool
- laundry for 15,000 per kg
- scooters for 50,000 per day (and they were decent and reliable)
- free water, tea or coffee in the breakfast area
- reception staff speak good English
- mix of both Indonesian and western tourists
- staff seemed friendly, girls in reception were glad to help with any requests

Cons:
- if you get a deal like us make sure they annotate on your invoice exactly what is included, you have to pay upfront which is fine but make sure it is clear what is included and what is not. Andry randomly decided breakfast wasn't included and tried to charge us for it even though we had agreed it was included - only a minor thing but rather annoying to have to argue about it and have random staff members turn up on our doorstep demanding money
- staff work in shifts but do not communicate with each other at all so if you made a request with one member do not expect other staff to be told of your request
- breakfast staff have a severe lack of cleanliness. The breakfast is very basic but adequate - eggs with toast or fried rice. However we were given filthy cutlery everyday which we had to ask to change (covered in old food!) and the cups for the tea/coffee were also dirty. The eating area, depending on which staff were on duty was either very clean or filthy (crumbs all over the tables and floor and ants in the sugar pot)
- If you are a light sleeper - without earplugs you won't be able to drown out the noise from Happy Cafe who blast out music till 4am
- we stayed 3 nights but no attempt was made to service our room - you have to ask the reception for someone to clean your room or provide new towels/bedding or toilet paper
- if you get a taxi (hotel has affiliation with Express Taxis) to Bangsal to get public ferry to Gili islands do not allow taxi to drop you outside Bunga Bunga Cafe to buy tickets - we were scammed and the harbour was a further 20min walk with all our luggage in the searing heat

Overall for 250,000 it was very good value for money and despite the minor things was definitely a pleasant stay. They are also building more budget rooms next to the main hotel building which might be ready in 2014.

I stayed for 1 night in this backpacker hotel, which I think it's not a backpacker hotel though. Rate is cheap but even in Bali, I could get more beautiful hotel with the same price! The room is spacious, but the cleanliness is very bad, bed sheet was dirty, the bathroom is not clean, the worst one is hot water was not working at that time. The staff were nice, air con is good, but my concern only cleanliness and hot water.

We were looking for a cheap place to stay when it started raining in Senggigi. We walked past Central Inn and one of the employees convinced us to have a look at the rooms. By the look of it we thought it would be too expensive for us, but they made us a fair deal for 200.000 Rupees without aircon and breakfast (February 2013). Although we weren’t planning to stay long we eventually stayed for 5 nights. We enjoyed the clean and spacious room, hot shower, comfy bed, tv with movie channel, good working fan, wifi in the room, outside seating and especially the swimming pool. It’s a decent sized swimming pool and it’s very clean. Staff was friendly although only a few speak English. So if you are backpacking but need a few days of relative luxury…this is the place! Cheap and good food is available at Café Cak Poer 5 minutes walk to the left. It’s always busy with locals and tourists. Most meals (for example a nasi goring special with chicken) cost around 14.000 Rupees.

Room Tip: Take a room close to the router (in the middle) if you want wifi in your room. All the rooms have ex...

night time will be noisy from the bar towards the road to the beach , the bar will be playing loud music till 4am the morning.

Just want to agree with a comments below. New and clean hotel with comfy beds,AC and fan in the room. Hot and cold water, toilet that do not leak and TV that works No direct access to the beach but 7 minutes walk to. Right in the center of Senggigi on the corner neighbouring with the cafe TAMAN and 3 minutes walk to the Square restaurant. We were leaving to airport at 4 in the morning and the staff woke as up at a right time, made a quick simple breakfast for the road and called a taxi. The only downside but not the hotel's fault is a loud live band music(till 1 in the morning during our stay) in the cafe 200m from the hotel.
Overall would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this place for one night at the end of August. was recommended by a local when we looking for places to stay. Hotel is only a few months old so rooms are very modern and huge. bed very comfortable. Rooms had a fan and aircon. Right in the centre of Sengiggi but not noisy. Easy walking distance to restaraunts and beach. Paid only 250000 $(25 AUD) rupiah for 2 people with basic breakfast included. Would highly recommend.
