We stayed here 1 night as a stopover. Since not all the rooms are finished we found a good deal on Agoda. We did not have any problems with noise or workers walking around. It really is a great hotel!

They have afternoon tea with some small fingerfood with it.

We had dinner at their restaurant. Since there are not a lot of tree's etc there it seemed a bit cold to me, but the food was amazing!!

The waiter who helped us, Alwan, was great. He gave us information about places to visit, the festivities they had the next day between the Muslims and Hindoes on the island.

Online, this new hotel sounds pretty darned good, and the introductory rates are very attractive. Don't be fooled. The rooms are like Teheran apartments and restaurant is totally misguided. The landscaping is, err, immature, and the structure is so new it shouldn't be open. We checked out after lunch and no sleeps. A saving grace is the genteel and delightfully helpful front of house manager Andi, who deserves a pay rise for his diplomacy handling the esacpe hatch refugees like us. Apparently we were not the first.

Room Tip: Keep an eye open for rooms at Qunci

While staying at the sister resort - The Chandi, we had an opportunity to spend a night at Living Asia Luxury Resort and Spa during it's soft opening over the idul Fitri long weekend. The resort has only been open for a month and there is still plenty being done, but not too intrusively. The initial opening is of 22 rooms, located in 2-level villas set in gardens, one room up, one down, with attractive open air bathrooms and an attractive room rate. The location away from the main road is very peaceful. There is a magnificent swimming pool adjacent to a very attractive, quiet and clean beach, ideal for walks in either direction and photogenic sunsets looking across to Gunung Agung volcano on Bali. This beach is one of the best in the Senggigi area. The beach bar is still under construction but the restaurant is functioning. The food was surprisingly good, and the staff very happy to move a table from the overly-brightly lit restaurant onto the sand or pool surrounds, which made for a much more romantic setting.

Before you read this review, please note I did NOT stay in this hotel, i was staying at Jeeva Klui... however, since i saw this property i decided to pay a visit...
The hotel is on soft-opening at the moment, only 20 rooms or so are open (the ones we so looked nice, modern and the pool are is nice) and plenty of workers still in the resort working on the rooms and grounds... however, the hotel is located in what could be the best beach in Lombok... sandy beach, clear crystal waters... i checked and they have a promotional rate of 80 usd per night... yes, the restaurant is not fully working, there are workers and you may experience some glitches since the hotel is new, but if you want a nice pool, nice view, secluded beach and amazing retreat, this could be a good option before this turns into a trendy hotel and start charging 500 usd per night...

Room Tip: Beach front rooms!!!
