when my husband told me that we're gonna stay at this villa, i didn't so interesting, i think it wiil be an ordinary villa as i've ever seen at the other place before, but....i'am definitely wrong !!!..wooww....i love it very much, beautiful beach of senggigi is just few steps from my room, very friendly staff ( thanks a lot to MR. Sudira for his service), private breakfast in the room, spacious villa with nice shape pool around my room....luxury amenities, and I was so suprised with the banana leaf with my full name and welcome greeting wrote at the leaf, that they put in front of my door , what a special welcome for me....i realy enjoyed the sounds of waves at the sea near my room, i'll come back there at my next vacation in Lombok, definitely sure..!!

Room Tip: choose the room 406 if it's still available, you'll get the best view and of course the sound of sea waves, one more, the room is the closest to the beach bar, a great place to enjoy your breakfast...

i travelled to Lombok in April 2013 with my boyfriend, we fell in love with the Pool Villa Club. The level of service was first class from the moment you arrived you felt like a truly valued guest whilst also allowing you the privacy you required. The people (staff) at the pool villa left us with a good first impression, and the villa did not dissapoint. The staff were always happy and always very helpful. When we arrived we were stunned to find two showers, a deep bath, spa, two bathrooms, access to the pool at our footsteps, a lounge room, dining room, upstairs a lounge area, a king size bed and room for ironing. The service provided by staff and the beautiful villa allowed for an unforgettable stay and we did not want to leave! I have to constrast this villa with the villa we stayed at with Novotel. We paid far more to stay at Novotel but the staff seemed less friendly and less motivated (perhaps they aren't paid well?) The villa was far smaller at novotel and whilst at Novotel it always seemed they were trying to squeeze an extra dollar out of you at every corner it seemed the pool villa club was very generous with complimentaries ie you had to pay for internet at novotel and at the villa club it was free. You got welcome drink and fruit at villa club but nothing at novotel. The smaller novotel room was jampacked with stuff to buy, it was like your whole room was a minibar which just made the room feel cheap. Some improvements for the pool villa club: (but that should not stop you from visiting this wonderful hotel!) Faster Internet (but it was around same as novotel), the menu was extensive but only a limited amount was available at certain times and the room upstairs seemed a little warm with aircon not helping. Overall though it was an amazing experience with a reasonable price tag.

Stayed at the pool villas, the landscaping is amazing, breakfast is very large Buffett with good selection, the beach bar has a great happy hour. The staff was very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. I will definelty be staying here again. The only thing over priced is the spa area. Other than that overall this is a hidden gym with amazing sunsets. Thanks to a the staff for a great stay.

We upgraded our last night at Senggigi Beach Hotel to the Pool Villa Club for our last night. It felt decadent and exciting and did not disappoint. From the moment you arrive the service, professionalism and friendly nice of the staff was impressive. The staff were excited for you to be staying there and experiencing the villa. It did impress that they were proud of the villas and wanted you to have a good time. Upon arrival, your bags are taken to be delivered and you are taken in a little buggy to your villa and shown around with everything explained to you so you are not left trying to work stuff out yourself. From the doorstop on the quiet, peaceful villa impresses, very spacious and well appointed. There is a large, spacious bathroom, lounge area with magazines and simple dining area that opens onto your own private balcony downstairs that also has a plush spa that can be shuttered off for privacy that overlooks a circular pool that is exclusive to the 16 villas. Upstairs is a romantic canopy bed, lounge area, upstairs balcony and the most amazing double sink, luxurious bathroom with massive bath, private shower and toilet. There are large screen televisions upstairs and downstairs, The staff come late in the afternoon to clean up for you and in the evening to turn down the bed. We swam in the circular pool around to the bar/pool/restaurant and shared a bottle of wine in the cool bar swing seats in the pool. There is a bell you ring at the bar for service. The grounds overlook the ocean and there are lovely cabanas and lounges only for villa clients. The only disappointments were, we ordered room service for dinner and the menu was limited and i think the food could have been a little
better. Also the villas are not that far from a nearby road that has a nightclub that plays till very late so the noise does travel across. Only one night is not enough to use all the facilities that the villa has to offer as you run out of time. So stay longer if you can.

Room Tip: When choosing a villa ask for one that is further from the nearest road to cut down on late night noise.

The villas were excellent plenty of room beautiful pool at your door, staff very helpful and friendly the only down side was the late night noise from
The nearby nightclubs.
We were there in the quiet time , the only place I've been to where there were more hawkers than tourists on the beach so if you want a change from the hustle and bustle of Bali try Lombok.
