We have been in Spain for a week and it has been difficult at times to find a meal without meat or fish. Today, in this restaurant, was the first time. All were very understanding and when we asked if it were possible to split the menu del dia they had no problem with that and charged accordingly. The large bowl of thick soup was a meal on its own - beans, Spinach and potato with fresh crisp bread. Delicious! A huge thanks to the staff at El Castro.
