We have eaten at Biosphera at least once a summer for the last 4 years and always have enjoyed our meals. There is a definite Italian influence to these Spanish dishes. This last trip I had homemade ravioli, sepia meatballs, cheese linguine, curried chicken and tiramisu for desert. The raviolis were particularly delicious as was the tiramisu. The selections were part of the menu of the day which is reasonably priced. There were 4 adults and 5 kids in our party and the waiter managed us quite well. Tables are roomy and spaced far apart enough that our kids weren´t bothering others too much. There is also a really cute "chill-out" area with a hammock and lounge chairs. The atmosphere is great...good music, open air in front of the beach. This would be a great place to enjoy lunch, dinner, or drinks. Just what you are looking for in a paradise like Minorca!!!
