Reviewed April 10, 2012

I am not into making a bad review but customers as well as the owner should know what is happening on this resort.

Let me start with the positive aspect first. The receptionist, Lavinia, is doing a great job in handling guests. The place is serene and a good place to relax. Introductory course for diving was also great because we got a good dive master.

Now for the headache:
**Parking - there should be a parking attendant as the parking is so small and going down is so steep.

**As per rules, we have to pre-book... so we pre-booked as early as February for an April 7 stay because we understand that it is a peak season. When we arrived last April 7, we found out that we were not booked! We told the receptionist, Lavinia, that we had a confirmation from Rhodora Alaras who eventually we learned that she is the owner of this resort! Because we were not booked, it resulted to worst chain reaction. The place is so remote that we cannot easily refund and find for another hotel. I am not sure if Rhodora knows what she is doing. We got a room after 5 hours of waiting! This is because there were guests who also refunded their stay due to frustrations as well.

**Check-in time was 12pm and we got a room at 5pm!

**We have paid for BUFFET full board meals but what we had is a set meal only!

**Rooms looked good but had a bad design. The matress is thin. The TV was placed beside the bed that you have to lay on the opposite side just to watch. In room # 3, the shower was even worse! The hot water is working but the shower head is not. It felt like needles puncturing your skin due to water pressure. If you try to lessen the pressure, either the hot water or the water will turn off.

**Swimming pool was small and dirty.

Lavinia told us that it was the first time that she encountered a lot of guest arrived without being booked on her list. She was so apologetic on what had happened. We understand her that is why we still keep our cool and didn't concentrate on these headaches.
