Booked a junior suite via booking.com which is a very nice room indeed including a personal balcony.
What I didn't really like...
Curtains are not thought out very well. There's not enough on the sitting room of the suite to make it really dark, you need the secondary curtains on the bedroom.
There's an empty minibar fridge. No bathrobes, no kettle, it lacks a bit the luxury feel of a suite.
Bar closed at 2200 but we could still get a few drinks to take to our room.
Wifi was atrocious, dialup speed and mobile reception in most of the hotel is poor at best.
Breakfast was ok but not very inspired. Except for boiled eggs nothing warm. Small selection of cold meats and only pre-packaged jams.
Location of the hotel as well as the building itself are not at all being used to the fullest. I could easily see this as a nice base for a 2, 3 day mini break to hike around the area, plenty of routes in the immediate area.More
