We had to stay somewhere as we were visiting family in the area, this was near family and only decent looking place in the area so we tried it. We had a very bad experience with another place in 2010 so we needed a place that was clean with some food options.
This is a typical Vietnamese run resort. It's nice and rooms are decent but I had a cricket under my bed the whole time. Like typically Vietnamese run facilities, they do not want to use energy if they don't have to, when you enter your run, it's humid and musty and you need to open A/C immediately. They will NOT turn on hot water pressure, we had to call them 3x's and finally, they knew we were pissed.
Also, it's near a beach, so beware of mosquitos in your room, we had to kill alot of them.
Restaurant onsite is ok, some decent food, breakfast is free but it's so basic. Dinner menu is good if you pick correct item. Didn't get to enjoy the pool or tennis courts. Beware, you have to pay for those as well.
Location is still about another hour or two from Mui Ne or Phan Thiet so be aware of that.
All in all, stayed two nights, survived. For the price, you get what you pay for.
