Auberge La Ferme du Brusquand is tucked away in the middle of nowhere, and will be hard to find without a gps system. Most people in the restaurant were French, so we took that as a good sign, which turned out to the true. The food was fantastic and plentiful, but mainly poultry-based as is custom in the Dordogne. The Foie Gras was delicious and it was great to see that the goose were all happily reared at the farm itself, with loads of room to move.
The service was rapid and friendly, but did still allow us relax and enjoy the evening. We tried the local prune liqueur, which was strong enough to poke someone's eyes out. All in all it was a truly lovely evening with great food.

We came here after seeing the restaurant on Tripadvisor, so glad we visited. I took the wife and the in laws and we are all quite a critical bunch but if you like foie gras this is the place to go. If your a vegetarian, might not be top of your list but excellent quality food and service and good price.

Great site with an incredible number of flowers.
Nice persons serving...
But so disappointed by the food: no longer what it used to be!

Very good duck, goose and foie gras dishes. Serving sizes are very large; outstanding value but arrive hungry and be prepared for a large, rich meal. Service is friendly and efficient, setting is very nice at this family-run farm. Certainly recommended (along with the daily foie gras tour) for a unique experience.

Had lunch at this farm today, the food was very good and very reasonable in price. You have to go feeling very hungry as the portions are very big, and you have to love duck. It was lovely sitting outside under the umbrellas with the pots of flowers all around. It would be wise to book as it was very popular.
