“A recommended hotel”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 24, 2012

I recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff and well prepared, delicious food, wifi everywhere, ample parking spaces, good room lighting. Its drawbacks, some of which could be tolerated or ignored, are as follows : the room rates are slightly higher when compared to the quality of bed linen (thin and quite ordinary), of shower head (uses one that comes with household type water heater) of hangers (cheap plastic and small, like they are meant for children's garments), absence of water heater and complimentary coffee / tea (it's reasonable to expect this amenity with their room rates).

Food servings are large in quantities. For example, noodles or pinakbet, at less than P190 are a delicious bargain, being good for 3 to 4 persons. Waiters are attentive and courteous.

Overall, this hotel is a good place for weary travelers, especially after a long 7-hour ride from Manila.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms in front of hotel due to highway noise

What I liked about this hotel is that it's relatively new compared to the other hotels in the area. The place is clean and the hotel staff are friendly. I suggest you choose a room that is not facing the roadside so you can get a good night's sleep. Otherwise, you'll get disturbed by the noise from vehicular traffic passing by the main road. Rooms start from around $50 and up a night and come with breakfast. There's ample guarded parking up front. The thing I most like about this hotel is that they separated the toilet from the shower in the rooms. The hotel has a restaurant but there are a lot of places to eat native dishes in the vicinity. The hotel also offers free wi-fi. Its a shame they charged us extra for additional pillows. But other than that, the hotel is a good place to stay in.

Room Tip: Pick a room away from the main road.

We stayed at Ariana October of last year, and the hotel is ok for a standard one. price is reasonable. our room is ok, facing the highway. clean shower room and toilet. the television seems old, like its bought from a surplus shop. nothing extraordinary. there's some sort of construction or improvement going on during our stay, made that area of the hotel a little dusty. if there's anything, the wireless connection is fast. tested it at about 5mbps. i downloaded 8 gigabytes overnight. i suppose we're the only one using it at that time. the complimentary filipino breakfast was good.
our overall experience, i would say is OK, but they could use some improvements to make the hotel experience interesting.

Stayed with my sister overnight 11/7/11 in Deluxe twin w/balcony. Balcony rooms facing the nat'l highway & beach resorts on the other side of the highway. Beach resorts structures & trees obstructed ocean view from our 2nd flr rm. Room rate includes breakfast. Choice of plate breakfast. Reasonable prices for dinner. Food ok. Hospitable & courteous staff. Requested to be transferred to another rm as we found flying mosquito in the shower rm. Decent hotel overall except that out of the 2 bath/1 hand towels & 1 bath mat, only 1 bath towel is clean & toilet bowl look unclean(reflushed w/ the alcohol we have to disinfect). I'm positive that they would rectify if we have called their attention but we're too tired & have only few hrs left to sleep. We mention it @ checkout when we left very early the next morning that everything looks ok until we have the bathroom scenario.

Room Tip: All Balcony rooms facing the main highway
