Took my Grandson to the Indian Cottage on a Saturday Lunchtime. Difficult to understand why they bother opening really as we were the only ones in the restaurant and given the impression that they were not bothered about custom as they could not cook Nan bread and presumably anything else requiring the Tandoor as the oven was not set up at lunchtime. Also made it clear to us that the chef would disappear at 2.00pm.
What we did have was actually very flavoursome and of good quality but to my mind you are either open for business or you are not.
