Difficult to beat! The service was great; fresh bread and butter delivered promptly on arrival, followed by swift wine service. The starters of scallops and tempura prawns were all that one could wish for - plump and juicy in both cases. The filet steak was really melt-in-the-mouth, and cooked exactly as ordered. The plaice was delightful: moist, not wet, and full of flavour - 10/10 to chefs David and Mike for the garnishing!
The restaurant is convenient, parking locally is fairly easy, and the restaurant is alive. I heartily recommend it and will return (a next visit already booked!)
