It has been my experience that small town Asian cuisine is generally a whole lot of deep fried, over processed, not so great, salty food. Thai on the Fly has broken this mold and there is no going back! Their cook is from Bangkok, the wait staff is attentive and personable and the food is really terrific! The yellow curry with chicken was a stand-out and my husband stated "I'd just like to bury my face in this and inhale it". The prawns were overcooked but the dish itself was very tasty (hence the 4 star instead of 5 star review). It's a little on the expensive side but for a treat, we will definately return!
