Wonderful hotel. All staff very friendly & couldn't do enough for us. Would strongly recommend this spotless hotel. Excellent food in restaurant. Rooms cleaned every day, including fresh towels etc. I travelled with my daughter & son-in-law & were accommodated with rooms across the corridor from each other, which we had requested.

Room tip: Ask for room with balcony overlooking the sea.

By the coast, close to the little town and the harbour, very nice hotel restaurant. Rooms as in other reviews are rather small, with a ground floor room we had a great private patio, in hot summer weather we didn't need anything bigger. Hotel has well working AC and it's very clean. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Thank you All for making our stay so pleasurable.
If I had to say anything negative, it would be the presence of the resturant's guests by the pool on a Sunday. They were very disruptive, stayed long too long drinking by the pool, shouting and taking over the whole area. If this was allowed regularly La Sorgente would completely lose its' character and quality.

If you’re not interested in large luxurious rooms, BUT do spend most of your time outside at the pool or restaurants. This is the place. It’s in a quaint little town, ( NO CASH MACHINES!!) with a selection of good restaurants. The hotel restaurant was by far our favourite. The food was fantastico, and the waiters were charming. The pool area is simply amazing. You cannot best the view, and a salt water pool. You can order drinks/food/snacks at the pool, they offer towels to rent so don’t pack one! If they improved the rooms just a little with better beds and pillows this would be a 5 Star in my opinion. I am a picky hotel guest. Beach. Pool. Good food. Great patio area attached to our room. In a quiet quaint location. It was one of my favourite hotels in a while.

My husband and I spent a night here just last week.

The sea front location is fantastic, but unfortunately the Hotel is dated.

Our room was like one I have never stayed in before, it was sparse and uninviting. The room was very basic!, and the air conditioning was hard to work!

On a plus side the food was good, and the staff friendly.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk away from a lovely fishing village where there are a number of lovely cafes/restaurants, and a few small shops.

Further we were quoted a room rate when booking but unfortunately were charged more! We tried to explain this to the staff but unfortunately as we don't speak Italian and their English wasn't the best they didn't understand us.

We visited Puglia for the first time and stayed at this wonderful located hotel right on the seashore in a small fishing village called Savelletri midway between Bari and Brindisi. Our room was located on the second floor of a three storey totally inept architectural structure externally, sea facing with a balcony and although not the most spacious was perfectly adequate for the duration of our stay. The management and staff were first rate from the poolside lifeguards right through to the most senior manager catering for every whim. Cleanliness was also top drawer with fresh towels daily, but pool towels are charged extra. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory but we would have preferred the odd Panini occasionally in addition to sliced bread.

We also visited a number of delightful towns namely Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Ostuni and Polignano A Mare. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our all too brief stay in this region of Italy and have no hesitation in recommending it to you.

Room tip: Sea view with a balcony
