Extremely hard beds, small room and paperthin walls....but clean, well taken care of and with a friendly staff. Limited but good breakfast, a good gym, motel style parking in front of the room, very suitable for a one night stay while en route but less so for longer stays, the hotel lacks facilities. No restaurant.

Nothing bad to stay. Just a personnal comment, on the beds, a bit to ferm for my point of view.
The breakfast was nice, and people helpfull. A bit far from the center and having a car is a must have.
I do recommend

The Hotel Riz is a typical Italian countryside hotel.. The rooms are adequate but are not by any means luxurious, there are no tea/ coffee making facilities, there is no bath in the bathroom, no courtesy water, no iron or ironing board etc.. Basically you have a bed, desk, wardrobe and TV (which has SKY channels, most of which you have to pay extra to watch). When you read the Internet site for the Riz a lovely gym is described and pictured at the hotel, this unfortunately like a lot of other things at the Riz is an additional cost of 7 euro per visit! There is no laundry facility.. However you can wash your own clothes in paid laundry machines.. Detergent costs an additional 3.5 euro the washing machine 3.5 euro and the dryer 3.0 euro in fact everything carries an extra cost at the Riz.... Water provided in the fridge is priced at 1.5 euro but buy from the vending machine in the lobby and the same water costs 1 euro, Internet is also provided at an additional charge.
Most annoying during my stay was the noise generated by approx 40 teenagers who were staying in the hotel and traveling to Expo 2015... The suspended ceilings between rooms are not insulated which means basically that sound travels across a whole floor without resistance, unbearable noise from excited teenagers at 23.30, 24.30, 02.30 & 03.30 led to an extremely strong complaint at reception the next morning to which there was no response at all?! On the second night timings changed, but noise levels didn't which to be honest ruined my entire stay and has led directly to a miserable 2 on the trip advisor scale. I have stayed in many hotels in many cities in the past 18 months and this particular hotel has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Stayed here on business for 2 nights and found the overall experience to be very good. The staff are extremely courteous and attentive. The bar is small close to reception and very good value. The rooms are reasonably spacious and clean. The breakfast is typically Italian. Overall very good value. We had lunch at the nearby restaurant and we found it excellent for pizza and pasta.

Interesting building, average service, enough breakfast.
It's, however the most affordable option in the area.

Something unbelievable nowadays they charge for the wifi.
4 Euros a day.
Breakfast are is nice and parking is wide and free of charge.

Room tip: Get one at the 2nd floor. Be careful not to be close to the air conditioning units. They are real noisy.
