We were invited by some friends and went to the "Palace" on a Monday morning. We were immediately met by the general manager, Juan Carlos, who gave us a tour of the property. Stellar rooms with great views. Private beach, pool and even a helicopter pad.( I don't have a helicopter)
ALL of the staff, including the grounds crew, were pleasant and worked in a way that you never really realized they were there. My wife and I have traveled extensively and the rooms rival any that we have seen. HUGE rooms and nightly turn down service. Balcony facing the ocean with whales going by. Fantastic menu with a good variety.
If you want to go somewhere that is NOT an all inclusive tourist mill but want to experience total relaxation. This is the place.
