“Lovely boat ride”

Very nice and relaxing - was fun to see the local kids having a splash in the water, and I got to jump in off a boat! so pretty.

“Gri Gri Lagoon”
Reviewed February 14, 2013

First visited this on a typical boat tour from Bahia Principe SJ. Since then I have visited it a couple of times by taking the local guagua from hotel to Rio San Juan. Ask to get out at the GGL and then you will have to walk a little bit. (Price from hotel is approx $1US one way.) Make sure you note where you catch the guagua for your return. Close by is a small public beach and there are some stores in which you can browse. For those who like to explore at a relaxed pace.

“Gri gri lagoon is a natural wonderland”
Reviewed January 31, 2013

Scuba Dive Sosua went out of their way to accomodate each one of us. The personalize pickup was ontime and appreciated. The boat was comfortable and clean. Once underway we past thru the lagoon where the egrets were nesting by the hundreds. They didnt seem bothered by the children bathing in the water nearby. The scuba adventure was awesome. Lots of boulders and lg rocks and seems like a fish or lobster living under every singleone. Cant wait to go back and explore some more.

Pretty. Can't snorkel here but boating through is beautiful. The steps, the boats, the walk into town from the laguna is quite stunning.
