We were told to book this restaurant as it's only got around 25 covers. Glad we did, as we had the last table (we booked around 15:00 and ate at 20:00).
Tucked away on a side street off the main street, its a small white walled restaurant which looks more like a pizza place. Probably a bit too bright.
Nice menu, and the head chef came out to explain all the dishes to us. Opted for Gnocci and steak,my wife had the prawn carpaccio and the duck. All the food was excellent and simply presented with the main focus on flavour and portion size. Deserts were tasty and beautifully presented.
Great value wine list with local and regional wines.
Price was approx 50€ per head for three courses and wine.
Very happy we decided to book ahead and visit this place. Left with that happy glowing feeling you get when you've eaten good food, drunk a little bit too much wine, and had an excellent desert in good company.
Would certainly visit again!
