Excellent accommodation. Very clean, modern and spacious with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The views are wonderful and the proprietor is very helpful and lovely to deal with. Will stay again gladly.
This house is really great and cannot be faulted. The house comes equipped with everything you could possibly need, the rooms are nice and the house is clean.
It is placed in a great location, within walking distance of the brewery.
We experienced no issues with check-in, getting the keys, payment or the refund of the deposit. Everything happened seamlessly.
I would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
This house and garden was ideal for kids/dogs and was well equipped with everything you need.
Location was perfect and we had a great time even although the weather wasn’t ideal.
We have had a wonderful stay in Port Bahn, the bedrooms and baths were very comfy. We enjoyed the open kitchen that was very well stocked of quality cookware. The views and the location were top notch too.
We stayed for six nights just after Easter and everything lived up to expectations. Spacious, warm and comfortable, with plenty of books and games in case of really bad weather, not that we needed them! Plenty to see and do close by. Don't forget to bring your camera as you will take plenty of photos of sunrises across the Loch to Bowmore! It's also an easy drive to Port Askaig for the Jura ferry. If we return to Islay in the future, we would certainly stay again!
We loved our stay at Pi's place. It's perfect for a 7 min walk up to the the bruichladdich distillery and the 15min stagger back. The house is cosy and clean and they've thought of any amenities you may need. One point to note is that not all the windows open which is summer could be an issue but for us in August rain it was fine. From booking and even after our stay pi's communication was amazing and I'll be definitely recommending it to others and if we're up that way again I'd definitely stay here
Spent four nights on Islay in this lovely private home surrounded by its own garden on the edge of the village of Bruichladdich. Very warm and cosy at all times with super comfy beds in a huge double ensuite master bedroom, a small room with bunk beds and a comfy twin. Dishwasher and washing machine really useful but didn't find the tumble dryer outside until the end of our stay! Logs available for the log burner which was a nice touch - thank you! Really recommend the seafood at Port Charlotte Hotel and also Yans, both a short drive away in Port Charlotte. Visited Jura and Colonsay during our brief stay - highlights being discovering Lussa gin at the top of 'the long road' on Jura at Ardlussa and also the Isle of Colonsay which we were blessed to visit on a sunny day. What a gem of an island and one we plan to revisit! Don't miss out on the seafood platter back at Port Askhaig Hotel on your return either! Thanks for making our stay so easy Pi! Would definitely recommend your lovely home!
