The resort has stunning views of the Himalayas and the city lights are just breath-taking every evening. The architecture is contemporary and certainly oozes luxury.
Food was really fresh and organic with most of the herbs and vegetables coming from the farm on the property. Loved that the menu is completely local and has no imported ingredients.
Spent one night at the terrace. It provided the most Beautiful and breathtaking views. Rooms were spacious and clean and has a massive balcony that overlooks the beautiful snow peaks range. The staffs were super friendly, kind and accommodating. Would appreciate better presentation and taste when it comes to food and plating though. Looking forward to visiting again!

The resort is beautiful, clean, peaceful with friendly and cheerful staffs. Not very far from kathmandu, it offers a lot of activities like cycling and hiking. We were there during dashai and also had a chance to enjoy kite flying (A special tailored program for the occasion). The resort is kids friendly. The road to the resort is a bit rough (adventurous). à la carte menus were not upto the mark. Overall, a great experience, and a place we would like to revisit.

The Terraces Resort and Spa has quickly become one of my favourite spots in Kathmandu! Beautiful decor, stunning vistas of the Valley, and a mean Lemongrass Collins cocktail are some of the features well worth the visit to this amazing evergreen mountaintop 'oasis' just an hour from Lalitpur. Loved it so much I'll be back for a third time!
The Dashain programme was fantastic as it had family friendly activities such as a barbecue, bonfire and kite flying at the helipad at dusk; movie night (they even provided popcorn!🍿 ); quiz and karaoke night, art and dance classes for the kiddies. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi and spa facilities (shout out to the shiatsu therapist, I'm a forever convert!) And the lovely hospitality of the staff.
