Cayo Jutías is about 60 km away from Viñales, and that represents 1h-1h30 bus drive to get there. It's very worthwhile: white sand, mixture of blue/green water, and those awkward dried tree trunks along the sand. Little Restaurant, a scuba diving club and shades made out of rows of palm tree compose the "entrance" of the beach, and the rest is pretty much deserted paradise, except for an eventual jolly cuban fishman that may offer you fresh fish (but won't bother you at all). Basically, everything was great.
If you are staying in Viñales buy this bus tour at whichever travel agency in the town center, for 22 CUC: departs at something like 9am to Cayo Jutías from Viñales center, includes lunch (the guide schedules the time of lunch during the bus trip), and comes back at 4pm. About 5 hours beach time maybe, which i found enough, though i didn't make any maritime activities. There are some excursions onsite, at the scuba diving club (just feet away from the restaurant), including boat trip for sightseeing and scuba diving in Playa Las Estrellas and Cayo Mégano. You will see the price list there (prices are not negotiable because the business is state-owned; don't ask prices without seeing that list because they will add some "markup" otherwise).
If you go to Viñales to spend some days, this is a must visit after the Natural Park, so save a day to come here; in guides, and even the casa owner from the place i was, they've recommended this beach over Cayo Levisa (i didn't visit the latter though), so make your call.
