Perfect place to spend one day for quality time here. Miniatures are in good size, we can walk in and feel like being in the real places.

If you like biking, it must be fun to ride among nature and old time architectures. Or you can drive around with golf cars or own's cars too.

It's good choice to travel with old parents like I did as well. We can easily drive them through for sightseeing and taking a short walk in the spots we are interested. We had fun!

Ancient Siam is a great trip for the whole family to enjoy. It will take you about four hours or more to see all the replicas of the buildings on this 200 acre park. Ancient Siam was built to serve as a tool to encourage people of the country to learn about the history of their own country. However it has become a popular tourist destination as well.
About one hour's drive out of Bangkok, you can take the bus no. 511 (southern bus terminal Paknam) to the end of the line, from here take the mini bus no 36 to Ancient Siam. Or you can hire a taxi.
Entrance is 400baht which includes the use of a bicycle. You can also pay for a mini golf cart or take the tram. We used the bicycles as for us it was the best way to see the city.
Everything is very interesting and there are many photo opportunities. Plenty of clean toilets and small refreshment stalls dotted around.
There is a small floating market where you can have something to eat and buy gifts. The floating market is very quaint.
All in all, a good day out. Open everyday from 8am until 5pm.

This place is a Must visit if you are in Bangkok. The easiest way to reach this place-Take as BTS to bearing station, take a cab it will cost around 130 TBH,
This is a huge area covering major monuments of Thailand. You need atleast 4 hours to cover the whole place.
Suggested mode is either a cycle or a Golf cart, we took a golf cart and it was a great fun.

There are small shops which are very reasonably priced. We liked the place so much that we made 2 trips in the same day once in the golf cart and once in the tram.

I had been to Thailand many times and seen many attractions but this may very well be my all-time favorite in the Bangkok area.

It is about a 45 minute taxi ride from central Bangkok but for me well worth it.

I have traveled some in Thailand so knew some of what I would see but honestly this gives me a great appreciation for the amazing diversity of Thailand.

The many decades that have gone into this attraction is simply amazing. The detail in how they try to re create so many of the historic sites around Thailand (some going back nearly 1,000 years) had me wanting to travel to the actual sites.

We were there five hours and will go back to see the rest.

We opted to use the bicycles that come with your entry fee. To me the golf cart would only be a good option for someone with much smaller children or someone with limited mobility. If you can bike this sure seems like a good way to view the vast grounds that make up this gem.

Exploring the Ancient Park is actually something which you should not miss if you can't visit whole Thailand as a start up for future interested places outside from Bangkok.
Easy to reach by Taxi from the last BTS Station Bearing you will enjoy culture combined with activities while biking through history or cruising around the country by golf cart combined with a small boat ride or visit of a mini zoo .
The restaurant served food and beverage at moderate prices and good quality while everything else was in very good shape and clean for a joyful and pleasant experience which we can only recommend!
