We were given a years' pass as a Christmas gift. This means we can return as often as we like in the next 12 months. My husband is,a Bristolian and fiercely proud of the aviation history created at Filton. Concorde has a special place in that history. The exhibition is fabulous !! The Staff knowledgeable and very happy to chat. We chose a weekday to go as we thought it would be quieter, we were right. Concorde looks magnificent in her new hangar and is easily accessed by stairs or lift. There are other exhibitions to see but we ran out of time. The pass lasts for a year no hurry !! This was funded by help from a lottery grant and in our book money very well spent. We really enjoyed our visit

Pre booked online .All very easy we arrived for 10 am opening on Saturday.Went straight to see concord .Well we where the only ones wow a personal viewing it does not get any better than this!!!!!!
Staff are fanatic and very knowledgeable.
Had a coffee and a bite to eat then went to see the transport section which was ok but i felt old at times when sum of my carpentry tools are behind a showcase .Even down to my wooden T square.
tips go early

Visited exhibition with visitors to Bristol. We all we're very impressed by the exhibition, both the exhibits and the staff who explained queries we had so informativly. Concorde was undoubtedly the star of the show. Will visit again as there was too much to take in on one visit.

Loved our visit, we saw from the first planes to a concord, some military vessels and more. My 2 year old was amazed and had many things to do. We learned a lot of aircraft history by just having fun and discovering the elements of the exhibits.
If you have a sunny day do enjoy the playground that resembles a mini version of what you have seen inside.

We timed it to perfection...first day of the new school term so no school parties to work around. As a result there were very few other visitors which allowed easy access to the exhibits.
Loved it all! I had no idea that so many engines, machines and industry took place at Filton. I knew about Concorde obviously but the site was clearly a hive of activity in times gone by. Sad that so little still exists.

Walking onto the Concorde was an experience to never forget. A GREAT exhibition, but do pick your day and time to avoid the queues!
