Superb location (on the quayside) with both an outdoor seating area (shaded) and an indoor section. Good range of fresh fish on the menu. I particularly enjoyed the seafood salad - well presented and served.

Good to see so many locals eating here - I think we were the only tourists at the restaurant.

Staff were very responsive and attentive. Good value for money. We stopped here on the way back from Mirador del Rio on our way to Playa Blanca. Suggest you might like to do the same.

Other end of Arrieta is best avoided - this is clearly the best end of town with a range of restaurants and bars!

It is a very good restaurant with friendly and happy people with nice singing coming from the kitchen. The food was all fresh and homemade, from starter to dessert. All very nice and tasty. Nice location. Giving the option to enjoy a non-touristy and local dining experience. Personally would prefer it over El Almanecer (other local restaurant, usually highty recommended) any time, quality of food and sitting area was here much better in our opinion. Even the porcelain used looked more like your better home ware with a nice design, rather then the usual touristy ones.
Thank you for a very enjoyable evening.

Ever wondered if you could find a gem of a seafood restaurant known and patronised by the locals? I was taken here by someone who lives on the island and wanted to share the secret.

Started off with a platter of baby squid which were the best I have ever had. The main course was locally caught fish, perfect! We also shared a plate of mushrooms flavoured with garlic and one of local cheese. A carafe of the local white wine helped to wash the feast down.

There is a lovely view of the sea as its only a few metres away!

Here's a tip....... the locals don't open the menu's offered, but wait for the water to tell them of today's catch and then discuss how you would like it cooked.

One of the most genuine restaurants I have ever been to.
