Very popular place, always crowded. Service is amazingly fast. Staff very friendly. Excellent quality at a low price. Had fantastic steamed fresh mussels. Tables right by the seaside. Christmas lunch wearing shorts and flip-flops!!!

found this restaurant by chance on a sunday afternoon. the place was packed with local Spaniards, quickly got a seat right next to the shore, beautiful location and ambience.
Very disappointed with the initial service, even though it was packed they could of at least offered a drink whilst we waited.
eventually we were given the menu (English translation), decided on a starter of cheese and Canarias potatoes, big mistake as they gave us hot bread rolls and dips which filled us before the piece de resistance... a beautifully cooked seafood paella to share. the staff, all though most did not speak English, were very friendly and made us very welcome. overall a lovely afternoon.

A great location, just above the beach, loads of easy parking, or just a few minute stroll from Arrietta.
Waiters were excellent, with really good English, and also helpful if you want to practice your Spanish!
The food was very good- we shared a sizzling prawn starter, and had a great seafood paella which was first class.
Complimentary Gran Canaria made liqueur with the bill, which sent us off into Arrietta to buy a bottle to take home!
Altogether a lovely meal and setting, and really relaxed welcoming - it was our last day, or we would have gone again for sure.
It is possible to just have a drink or a snack, so if you're in the area, make the effort to go there- you won't be sorry!

Nice setting right on the beach with slightly over enthusiastic waiters, the food we had was really quite average, my squid was over cooked, the seafood pasta my friends had, was macaroni which they didn't expect and it didn't seem very fresh, it cost us 100 euro for the four us, but it really didn't seem like it warranted that price tag. Won't be going back there.

Found this restaurant as we were driving north from Costa Teguise. It is on the left just before you arrive at the town of Arriete and there is a small wooden sign that takes you onto a short, reasonably level, dirt road that leads to the restaurant. It is literally right on the beach, step off the terrace and 20-30 yards later you will be getting your feet wet! Food is excellent and reasonably priced. They do very fresh and extremely filling baguettes at between 3-4 euros. But their strength is their seafood dishes which are definately worth trying. For me the proof of how good they are is the number of locals that were eating lunch there on a Saturday! This is not for people looking for an English menu but if you like trying good local cuisine then look no further.
