My husband and I were seeking an adventure in Italy for our 10 year wedding anniversary and based on Trip Advisor booked a night at Casa Gregorio. We rented a car and drove from Rome, NO Problem finding Castro dei Volsci with some "help" from our GPS. Upon arrival at the tippy top of the mountain I was mesmerized at the beautiful and quaint town and the 360 degree panoramic views of the adjacent mountains and towns below. I could write an entire novel on how sweet, endearing and accommodating Gregory is. He made us feel at home from the moment we stepped into his casa. The design of the B&B itself is immaculate. Completely modern but with old world charm. It is obvious that there was much time spent on the detail and passion behind it all. We were given fantastic recommendations on dining in the area and got a true feel of the Italian culture while there. I am regretful that we didn't book our entire stay at Casa Gregorio but now have a solid reason to return to Italy as soon as possible. The value, the view, the hospitality, and ambiance are everything you could ask for or imagine. Thank you Greg for the amazing, but short stay.

Gregorio has redesigned an old villa into a very clean modern home away from home. Our family stayed here in August and felt very comfortable and relaxed. The beautiful views from the top of the ancient hilltop town were breathtaking. An amazing stay from the moment we arrived. Gregorio was an amazing host and we hope to go back some day.

I must say that Casa Gregorio far exceeded my expectations when I vacationed their May 2011. The View from my bedroom was absolutely magnificent! The old world palazzo, which I believe to be over two hundred years old, was absolutely breathtaking! Gregory
and staff were extremely
accommodating and made us feel as though we were in our home away from home. The cooking class
I attended was so much fun. I could hardly wait to get back home
and make my friends homemade
fettucine. I can hardly wait to go
back for the olive harvest cooking vacation this fall that I rebooked for
. I also visited the various abbeys in the area and was so overwhelmed at the beauty and history. To sum it up.. This was an "EAT, PRAY, LOVE" Vacation!!!
