The owner, named Angel, though he was outside of the country that time, was very prompt in his replies to the querries and questions we asked while we were still reserving a room with RDS.
The staffs were also very helpful, cheerful and accomodating. Great job to all of you!! :)
The rate was very reasonable and it includes a sumptuous free meal, shrimp halabos, famous bicol express, dry adobo, fried fish, coke and a freash fruit as dessert. Tricycle was also provided to and from the port upon arrival, departure and during the isaland hopping trip.
The room was very clean and comfortable. It is furnished with a 32 inches LED TV and hot and cold shower.
The wife of Edgar is so humble and magnanimous! I didn't know that she was the owner because when i went to the kitchen to ask for coffee and water, she was washing the dishes and I learned of said fact only during the course of our lenghty and interesting conversation.
I asked her why was she personally doing the dishes and she replied that she does not regard or treat their helpers as "helpers/kasambahay" but as family members so she does her share of household chores. She is a wanderer too. Lok around the house and you will be surprised of the decors displayed, they are her collection of souvenirs from the places she visited. Being a wanderer she does know the true meaning of "COMFORT, VALUE FOR MONEY and HOSPITALITY"..
